  • Injury prevention goes beyond just stretching. Together, we will train your nervous system to recruit muscles in sport-specific patterns while maintaining deep, controlled breathing. By combining these elements, I help athletes stay ahead of injuries and perform at their highest level.

  • Whether you're managing chronic back pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, or striving to maintain a healthy spine and good posture, I will create a personalized plan tailored to your needs

  • From tennis elbow and pitcher’s shoulder to lacrosse-related spine injuries and golfer’s back pain, integrating my techniques into your recovery can accelerate healing and get you back in the game faster.

  • If you want an easier, faster recovery from surgery, it’s important to start thinking about rehab before the procedure (prehab). Together, we’ll create a program tailored to your specific surgery, whether it's a lumpectomy for breast cancer, an ACL repair, or a discectomy for a herniated disc. Preparing your body to be in its best shape before surgery can significantly improve your recovery and overall outcome.

  • Cancer treatments can be physically and mentally demanding. The American Society of Clinical Oncology recommends yoga to enhance treatment outcomes and minimize side effects. Additionally, current research shows that exercise significantly improves treatment response and lowers the risk of recurrence. I will create a personalized plan tailored to your specific stage in the cancer journey—from diagnosis to surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and beyond.
